The end of a rich adventure and the beginning of a new one

This April was an intense breath of fresh air, between the completion of a major collective project, the beginnings of a new artistic journey in the heart of the mountains, and the first brushstrokes for future works. As always, creativity is woven through human encounters, connections to the land, and exploration of materials.

End of the adventure in Nevers: The Guardians of the Forest

The “Guardians of the Forest” project, led in Nevers with 12 classes from the Courlis and Grande Pature Regional Schools , has come to a close. It’s an intense, generous, sometimes sporty, but always enriching project! For several weeks, we explored the imagination of forests, their textures, their creatures, their emotions, and more.

The opening was a highlight: the children were proud, the teachers enthusiastic, and the works vibrant with life and color. I've attached a few photos to this article to share this beautiful energy with you. And we're already thinking about the 2025 edition ... 😊

// Next chapter: The Stone Guardians

Barely time to catch my breath, and here I am already immersed in a new project commissioned by the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Natural Park . Heading to the hilltop villages of Pierrefeu, Roquestéron and La Penne , nestled in a sumptuous setting in the Alpes-Maritimes, for an artistic adventure with 4 local classes .

This time, the common thread will be water and Karst , in connection with the caves of La Baume Obscure . Between science and art , the children will become the “Guardians of Stone”, exploring the secrets of their territory while giving shape to their own vision through painting. I can’t wait to start this new collaboration!

Workshop side: brushes slowly being reworked

On the personal creative side, April was quieter . Educational projects took up a lot of space (and heart), leaving me little time to paint. But I'm slowly picking up my brushes again to prepare my custom-made works for the exhibition this summer in Ville .

As a preview, I reveal to you the first images designed for the scenography 😍

I am currently continuing to work on my second large-scale work , which I hope to complete very soon. It is intended as a candidate for the 2025 Salon d'Automne on the Champs-Élysées. A stimulating challenge!

// Hanging to come

I've been talking about it for a while... the textile wall hanging is coming ! A small technical hitch delayed the fabric order, but it's now sorted. I can't wait to reveal this piece, a cross between painting, material, and wall art. It will be available in a limited edition starting next month.
