Yes, absolutely. The site accepts payments by credit card, PayPal (with PayPal 4x option) or bank transfer . Payment is normally made in a single payment at the time of ordering. However, for purchases of an amount equal to or greater than €1,000, it is possible to pay in several equal monthly installments by bank transfer or PayPal. No, there is no "home trial" option before purchase. However, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the validation of your order (in accordance with the law) . Within 14 days, you can return the work (in its original condition, complete with packaging and invoice) for exchange or refund . Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom orders.
Yes. Auriane offers art prints : these are high-quality reproductions of the original paintings. Each art print is made from a high-definition photo of the work, then printed by a professional printer (Médialti) on 310 g Canson art paper . The texture and density of this paper guarantee a rich color rendering. The prints are in limited edition (10 copies per format), and each copy is delivered to you signed, numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity . These prints cost less than an original canvas (for example, from €20 depending on the format up to €100). It is possible to order a semi-original work thanks to the special edition option where the photo is printed on canvas and stretched on a frame. Auriane then embellishes the paintings with material and paint to highlight certain elements of the painting.
Yes, artworks can be shipped within mainland France and internationally . We use a carrier to deliver the paintings to the address you provide. As a small organization, it takes approximately 15 working days for preparation and shipping (unless otherwise stated on the product sheet). Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order total at checkout. Please note: you can also opt for free collection from the workshop (at the following addresses) if you are near Varennes-Vauzelles (58) or Peyroules (04) in France.
The dates and locations of upcoming exhibitions are announced on Auriane's website and social media. The artist regularly posts articles in the blog's "Exhibitions" category to share her artistic news and details of past and upcoming openings. You can also subscribe to the site's monthly newsletter : a colorful email is sent at the beginning of each month to present new releases, projects, and upcoming events. Finally, we recommend following Auriane on Instagram or Facebook, where exhibition invitations and announcements are posted in real time.
Yes, it is possible to order a custom painting tailored to your needs. The process is as follows:
Project definition: You contact the artist to explain your idea for the painting (theme, dominant colors, desired atmosphere, etc.). Together, we clarify your expectations (be careful, however, to stay in Auriane's artistic style).
Technical choice: We determine the final size of the painting, the support (for example, cotton or linen canvas, special paper, frame, etc.) and the medium (acrylic, oil, etc.) – these elements influence the estimate.
Deposit: To confirm the order and purchase the necessary equipment, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required (payment by check, PayPal or transfer).
Completion time: Generally allow 1 to 4 months for the creation of the work (this timeframe can vary depending on the scale of the project and inspiration, and can be adjusted in case of emergency).
Delivery: Depending on the medium, drying time is required. If possible, Auriane can deliver the canvas in person (a privileged moment for exchange). Otherwise, the work is sent by post within ~3 working days, with shipping costs of approximately €20 for France and €50 for Europe (on estimate for international delivery).

Most of Auriane's paintings are made on canvas . Framing is not included and is not essential. However, it is possible to request advice or purchase for the addition of an "American box" frame. Other works (oil on paper and art prints except special editions) require framing. It is possible to order framing directly on the site at the time of purchase for original works on paper or to make a written request for art prints . We generally recommend black aluminum frames or oak-colored wooden frames.
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after confirming your order to exercise your right of withdrawal (for any non-personalized artwork). To do so, you must inform us of your decision by email. The artwork must be returned in perfect original condition (complete packaging, instructions, invoice, etc.). Returns of damaged, soiled, or incomplete items are not accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the return is received, we will proceed with an exchange (if available) or a refund within 14 days, without penalty.
